Please also note that Thrursday evening will see the unveiling of Alfred East's Lake Bourget ... newly conserved with the help of the Friends of Kettering Art Gallery and Museum ... and a short film about the english in Aix Les Bains.

Sergio de Camargo sculpture on display
Fresh from conservation and on display for the first time in decades, this rediscovered piece by influential Brazilian modernist master Sergio de Camargo was unveiled at the Alfred East Art Gallery in Kettering earlier in the month.
The conservation and the new display case were funded by the Friends of Kettering Art Gallery and Museum. You can now see the iconic 1960s piece at the gallery which is open 10 - 4:45 (last admission 4:30) Tues - Sat.
